• Physical Fitness: The hike is moderately challenging, requiring good physical condition. 
• Trail Overview: About 3KM to the crater rim, with elevation gain of approximately 536m.
• Challenging Trek: The initial part of the trail is steep, especially in the first 2KM. Final kilometers is less steep with rocks and volcanic ash. Path can be slippery after the rain, use comfortable footwear.
• Temperatures and Weather: It can be cold and windy in the early morning, and it can warm up considerably by mid-morning.
• Savanna Landscape: Sightseeing in a wide-open landscape quiet unusual for tropical Indonesia.
• Wildlife Viewing: Home to variety of wildlife, including Javanese water buffalo, deer, monkeys, and bird species. If you are luck, you may see leopards.
• Temperature: Tropical warm, wear comfortable clothes.
• Respect Wildlife: Keep a safe distance from animals and please do not feed them.

2. General: No refunds for unused service.
3. Reschedule: Must be done at least 2 days before departure date.
