• Physical Activity: This trip involves a fair amount of physical activity, including getting on and off boats, swimming, and snorkeling.

• Boat Ride: Scenic boat ride to Menjangan Island (part of Bali Barat National Park). Ride can take about 1-2 hours depending on sea conditions.
• Snorkeling at Menjangan Island: Known for its clear waters, coral reefs, colorful fish, sea turtles and other marine life, one of the best snorkeling spots.
• Motion Sickness: If you are prone to seasickness, consider taking medication beforehand.

1. Adverse Conditions: If adverse weather or natural events occur.
2. Refunds: 100% refund is provided if KLANA cancels or reschedules the trip.
3. Notification: Participants will be informed 1 day before departure.

• Trip Cancellations/Rescheduling by PARTICIPANT:

1. This trip is non-refundable but transferrable to another participant.
2. General: No refunds for unused service.
3. Reschedule: Must be done at least 2 days before departure date.
