HOW TO GET TO THE MEETING POINT
- Fly to Padang: Arrive at Minangkabau International Airport (PDG) at least one day before the trip date.
- Stay Overnight in Padang: Spend a night in Padang near Muaro Harbour (meeting point), we will leave very early on Day 1 of trip.

Return to Padang: We will go back to the harbour around 1PM via the fast boat with approximately 6-7 hours journey. Plan a really night flight or stay another night in Padang for a next-flight if needed.

Open to All: Trip available to general public, ages 12 and up, all levels welcome.
- Quota System: Min. of 4 participants needed for the trip to proceed. If min. quota is not met, trip may be adjusted in price, rescheduled, or cancelled.
- Payment Policy: No reservation system. Down Payment (DP) 50% secures spot. Full payment due 7 (seven) days before departure.
- Personal Responsibility: All participants are responsible for their belongings and adherence to all destination rules.
- Environmental Responsibility: Participants are expected to avoid littering, to respect and preserve natural environments, and avoid harmful actions.
RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Trip Cancellations/Rescheduling by KLANA

Adverse Conditions: If adverse weather or natural events occur.
- Minimum Quota Not Met: If the minimum participant quota is not met.
- Refunds: 100% refund is provided if KLANA cancels or reschedules the trip.
- Notification: Participants will be informed 14 days before departure.
- Trip Cancellations/Rescheduling by PARTICIPANT:
- General: No refunds for unused services in the package.
- Down Payment (DP): Non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.
- Reschedule: Must be done at least 21 days before departure date.
- Cancellation 21 Days Before Departure: Fee of 75% of the trip price.
- Cancellation 14 Days Before Departure: Fee of 100% of the trip price.
